Father Abraham

Lessons for Growing Up

In this series, we look at the up-and-down life of Father Abraham, who was called by God to be the Father of God’s people and a blessing to every nation on Earth.

Sounds like he must be a pretty good guy, doesn’t it? He isn’t. You’d think he’d be spiritual and trustworthy? Hardly. The story of Abraham is a story of God’s faithfulness to see Abraham become the leader he was called to be.

Even though Abraham is 75 years old when chapter 12 begins, the story of Abraham is about growing up. All too often, Christians look outside the faith to learn what it means to mature into adulthood.

Whether you are 20, 40 or 60 years old, the Bible has a lot to say on the topic, so listen in for 10 weeks of Father Abraham: Lessons for Growing Up.
